Why did only one page print? Why did it print on two pieces of paper?

If the form contains multiple pages, you probably used Internet Explorer's print menu or button instead of the one on the e-Form RS toolbar. If there is extra text that says Display Page at the top and the URL and date at the bottom, the browser print was used. Never use the Internet Explorer print functions to print forms. The default margins, fonts, and extra text may result in a form being rejected by the taxing authority.
